- After filling in the username and password details, hit the login button to open the RConnect portal
- It is advisable to reset your default password to avoid any negative consequences in the future.
- Now, you can log in to your RConnect account by simply entering the username and password details from the next time.
How If I Forgot My RConnect Password?
If you have forgotten your Rconnect Password, then follow these steps;
- Open the RConnect portal
- Click on the “Click here to reset/unlock your password” button.
- This will open a page with five options “check account, password reset, account unlock, password sent on official ID, reset store”.

Follow these steps to account status on the RConnect Portal:
- Open an RConnect Account on the official platform
- Several options will appear on your screen and choose the “Check Your Account Status” option to check it.
- An employee would be required to submit the same details as required for password reset i.e. user ID, first name, last name, and date of birth.
- After submitting all required details, hit the submit button to check your account status.
How To Download Salary Slip From the RConnect Portal?
You can download the Salary slip from the RConnect portal as follows:
- Login to the RConnect Portal
- Once you successfully log in, you will find multiple options and select the Salary Slip option.
- Select the salary slip you want to download and hit the download button to save it.
What Is The Process Of Unlocking An Account On The RConnect Platform?
The first three steps for this process are similar as mentioned in the reset password section, so follow the first three steps from there and next steps are as follows:
- Select the Account Unlock option
- Fulfill the same details as mentioned in the password reset section.
- After submitting the details, you have to wait as you will receive an update on the same on your registered mobile and email ID about unlocking your account.
